WIN A WEDDING AT THE BARN ON THE RIDGE – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Prize Details
1.1. The prize includes venue hire and use of complementary Borrow Barn items only at Barn on the Ridge.
1.2. The prize value is $[9,500], based on standard venue hire rates.
1.3. The prize does not include catering, styling, photography, entertainment, florals, accommodation, or any additional services.
1.4. Optional Cleaning costs, umbrella hire, bridal suite accommodation, and security bond, are not included in the prize and must be covered by the winner.
2. Entry & Winner Selection
2.1. One (1) entry is included as part of a valid ticket to the Say I Do Wedding Fair & Trail.
2.2. Additional entries may be purchased at a cost of $10 for 3 entries
2.3. The winner will be drawn live at the "Say I Do" Wedding Fair on June 9th, 2025, at 3:30 PM.
2.4. The winner MUST be present at the time of the draw to claim the prize. If the drawn winner is not present, another draw will take place until a valid winner is confirmed.
3. Booking & Availability
3.1. The prize is valid for wedding dates between [May 30th 2026 - Aug 31st 2026], subject to venue availability.
3.2. The winner must confirm their booking within 90 days of being announced, or the prize may be forfeited.
3.3. The wedding must comply with The Barn on the Ridge's guest capacity limit of 110 seated or 150 cocktail guests.
4. Prize Conditions
4.1. The prize can be transferred to a new name one time only, it cannot be exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
4.2. If the winner cannot use the prize, it will be forfeited, and no alternative prize will be offered.
4.3. The winner must sign The Barn on the Ridge’s standard venue hire agreement and pay the standard $1500.00 security bond, which is refundable after the event takes place which includes responsibility for any damage or additional costs incurred.
4.4. The winner must comply with all venue policies, including alcohol and noise restrictions.
5. Photography & Marketing
5.1. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that The Barn on the Ridge may use photos/videos from the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
5.2. The winner and their guests may be asked to provide consent for media use, subject to privacy policies.
6. Competition Rules & Legal
6.1. Entries must be genuine – fraudulent, incomplete, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.
6.2. The Barn on the Ridge reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition due to unforeseen circumstances.

WIN A 6-HOUR PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE FROM SOMETHINGSWILD –
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Prize Details
1.1. The prize includes a 6-hour photography package.
1.2. The prize value is $3,200 based on standard photography package rates.
1.3. The prize does not include videography.
1.4. Additional costs are not included in the prize and must be covered by the winner.
2. Entry & Winner Selection

3. Booking & Availability
3.1. The prize is subject to photographer availability.
3.2. The winner must confirm their booking within 90 days of being announced, or the prize may be forfeited.
3.3. The wedding must comply with Somethingswild's contract conditions.
4. Prize Conditions
4.1. The prize can be transferred to a new name one time only; it cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
4.2. If the winner cannot use the prize, it will be forfeited, and no alternative prize will be offered.
4.3. The winner must sign Somethingswild's standard hire agreement.
4.4. The winner must adhere to all Somethingswild contract terms, including but not limited to:
Restrictions on specific image requests due to event conditions, venue rules, or weather limitations.
Photographer’s right to leave the event if exposed to unsafe conditions, objectionable, or illegal acts.
Compliance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) guidelines for drone footage (only permitted if legal at the venue and weather conditions allow).
Responsibility for ensuring that no guests or vendors interfere with the photographer’s ability to capture the event.
Any rescheduling is subject to Somethingswild’s availability and may incur additional costs.
4.5. The winner agrees that all photos taken remain the intellectual property of Somethingswild. Personal use of images is permitted, but any sale or commercial use of the images without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
4.6. If the winner postpones their wedding, the photography package will only be retained if Somethingswild is available on the new date. If unavailable, the prize will be forfeited with no alternative compensation.
4.7. The winner is responsible for ensuring that meals are provided to the photographer and their assistant (if applicable) during the wedding, as required by Somethingswild’s contract.
4.8. Any additional requests for significant post-production edits beyond standard editing (e.g., major alterations) may be subject to additional editing fees at a rate determined by Somethingswild.
4.9. The winner must provide a shot list for family and group photos in advance. If individuals on the list are not available at the allocated time, Somethingswild is not responsible for their absence in the final images.
4.10. Somethingswild will not be held liable for any images lost due to technical failure, force majeure events, or unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility & Booking
1.1. The prize is valid for weddings held between May 28, 2026 – September 1, 2026, subject to celebrant availability.
1.2. The wedding date must be booked by August 31, 2025, or the prize will be forfeited.
1.3. The prize is not redeemable for cash or any other services.
2. Transferability & Modifications
2.1. The prize may be transferred to another person once, provided Married by Mandi is notified within 90 days of the raffle draw (by September 6, 2025) and agrees to the change.
2.2. The prize cannot be exchanged for a different package or service.
3. Legal & Marriage Requirements
3.3. The winner must sign a standard service agreement with Married by Mandi before the celebrant services are confirmed.
3.1. The winning couple must comply with all legal requirements for marriage in their state, including submitting a valid Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) at least one month before the wedding date.
3.2. The celebrant will assist with registration; however, all required documentation must be completed correctly and submitted on time by the couple.
4. Location & Additional Costs
4.1. The prize includes celebrant services for weddings held within a one-hour drive from Ulladulla. Additional travel costs may apply for weddings outside this area.
4.2. Any additional services, such as extra meetings or ceremony rehearsals beyond standard inclusions, may incur additional fees.
5. Photography & Marketing
5.1. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Married by Mandi and the Say I Do Wedding Fair & Trail may use photos and videos from the wedding ceremony for marketing and promotional purposes.
5.2. The winner and their guests may be asked to provide consent for media use, subject to privacy policies.
6. General Terms
6.1. If the celebrant is unable to perform the ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative celebrant may be recommended, but no cash refund or compensation will be provided.
6.2. If the winner cancels their wedding, the prize is forfeited, and no alternative prize will be provided.
6.3. The celebrant reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition or prize conditions due to unforeseen circumstances.
